Who Owns Deadbeat Don Trump? Looks like the Chinese. And Goldman Saks. And God knows who else.

According to the New York Times, a building on the Avenue of the Americas in New York City's Manhattan borough that is partially owned by Trump has a loan of $950 million that was paid for by a few different entities, including the Bank of China and Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Trump indicated in the financial disclosure form he filed in connection with this campaign that he was worth at least $1.5 billion, and has said publicly that the figure is actually greater than $10 billion. Recent estimates by Forbes and Fortune magazines and Bloomberg  put his worth at less than $5 billion. (Like it matters.)

For example, an office building on Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan, of which Mr. Trump is part owner, carries a $950 million loan. Among the lenders: the Bank of China, one of the largest banks in a country that Mr. Trump has railed against as an economic foe of the United States, and Goldman Sachs.

R.N.C. chairman reallocates funds from TV advertising to alcoholic beverages

Calling it “the best use of our resources at this time,” the Republican National Committee has decided to pull money originally earmarked for Trump campaign ads and spend it on alcohol instead. According to the R.N.C. chairman, Reince Priebus, the decision to reallocate the funds from television advertising to alcoholic beverages came after a careful review of the polling in crucial battleground states.

 According to the most recent filing with the Federal Election Commission, after the outlays for wine and spirits, the R.N.C. will still have a million dollars in cash on hand, which will go to beer.

Federal Judge Rules Deadbeat Don Must Face Fraud Trial

So DD is facing trail - right AFTER the election - after a Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) investigation surrounding Trump University.

Actually, this should surprise no one as Deadbeat Don has apparently worked with organized crime at other times during his business career.

To begin with, Federal Judge Gonzalo Curiel — the same judge whom Trump said was biased against him due to the Indiana native’s Mexican ancestry and Trump’s controversial positions on border security — is ordering Trump to stand trial immediately after the election in November as part of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) investigation surrounding Trump University.

But his organized crime ties sure appear to run deeper.

Donald Trump picked one Felix Sater, a convicted stock fraud felon, as senior business adviser both the Associated Press and court records say.

Felix Sater is a Russian-born businessman convicted for his role in a Mafia-orchestrated stock fraud scheme, who also claims he had a role as senior business adviser to Deadbeat Don according to stories on Associated Press and in court records.  To be clear, Sater made these claims in previously unreported sworn testimony reviewed by The Washington Post, in which Sater described a close relationship with the alleged billionaire.

His other possible mob connections?  According to various stories, Deadbeat Don has had relationships with ~

• Salvatore Testa, a made man in the Philadelphia mafia and son of Philip “Chicken Man” Testa.
• Nicademo “Little Nicky” Scarfo (who became boss after the elder Testa was blown up) and his nephew Phillip “crazy Phil” Leonetti controlled two of the major construction and concrete companies in Atlantic City. Both companies, Scarf, Inc. and Nat Nat, did work on the construction of Harrah’s, according the State of New Jersey Commission of Investigation’s 1986 report on organized crime.

The rent jumped even though he was paying fewer staff in July than he did in March.

The Trump campaign paid Trump Tower Commercial LLC $35,458 in March ― the same amount it had been paying since last summer ― and had 197 paid employees and consultants. In July, it paid 172 employees and consultants.

DD works hard to keep this spin-off of his Trump University scam out of the press. . . because, like Trump U, it was all promises and no content.  Just like his presidential campaign.  A scam.

Known as the "The Donald Trump Way to Wealth Seminar," it was built of a licensed image of DD with course material blatantly plagiarized from other, legitimate courses.  If you consider any get rich quick course legitimate.  And plagiarized by well, people not known as being the most honest or ethical.  Like DD.  You know what they say, whoever they are:  "Birds of a feather, scam together."

So, not only was it a scam.  It was a scam stolen from not quite on the up and up sources.  By people known for shady dealings.  Who had a contract from DD to do this thing.

So Deadbeat Donald apologized.

Political expediency has forced his hand.  As articles in several national journal noted, he is beginning to lose the support of educated white men.

At heart are they angry?  Do they have cause to be angry?

I wholeheartedly believe they do.  They have been patronized and manipulated by both sides in our political system; both political parties are guilty of egregious hypocrisy in their dealings with people that are the backbone of our country and have been since our earliest days.

Has Deadbeat Don gone too far with his racist power-thirsty con game?

Here's what a top aide to Ronald Reagan had to say:

"Donald Trump's racial rhetoric and poor business acumen make him unfit to occupy the Oval Office, Frank Lavin, Reagan's political director from 1987 to 1989 told CNBC's "Worldwide Exchange" on Thursday."

Even the most devoted conservative Republicans are coming to realize that Mr. Trump is a deeply flawed and essentially greedy man cynically taking advantage of a segment of our population that deserves so much better.

These people, honorable Americans with sincere beliefs and honest grievances are starting to realize that Deadbeat Don will do anything, say anything, take any course to feed his perverted and sick quest for the power to rule us with his iron hand.

As Mikhale Barishnikov recently said, Deadbeat Donald's 'rhetoric 'reminds me of the Soviet Union'.

Trump Rips Off New Jersey Taxpayers with a Little Help From His Friends

". . .the year after Governor Christie, a Republican, took office,

Then Christie Took Office.

The basics of this story:

• In 2001, Deadbeat Don owed the state of New Jersey almost $30,000,000.00 in unpaid taxes.
• In 2002, Deadbeat Don's current transition chief (if he wins in November), Chris Christie became Governor of New Jersey.
• Somehow, someway, Deadbeat Don worked out a deal with Christie that essentially stiffed the people of New Jersey to the tune of $25,000,000 when the Governor's administration "forgave" that amount.  Meaning DD only paid 17 cents on the dollar of his debt.

Suspicious?

Shady?

The fix was in?

Are you freaking kidding us?  You're attacking Billary (note the sarcastic mixing of Bill & Hillary's names - just in case you missed it) for being crooked.

DD, you're the Prince of Prevarication, the Shah of Shit, based on your lies as compiled below by FactCheck.org and posted December 21, 2015.  To quote FactCheck:

1. "We start with his Nov. 21 claim to have watched on television as “thousands and thousands” of Muslims in New Jersey were “cheering” the fall of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. 
• Multiple news organizations and the New Jersey attorney general’s office searched for evidence of public celebrations at the time of 9/11 and found none.
• “Never happened,” former state Attorney General John J. Farmer, a Republican appointee who later served as a senior counsel to the 9/11 Commission, wrote in response to Trump.
2. "Trump boasted that he “predicted Osama bin Laden.” 
• Nope. The book Trump published in 2000 mentioned bin Laden once, and predicted nothing about bin Laden’s future plans.
3. "Trump “heard” that Obama is “thinking about signing an executive order where he wants to take your guns away.” If so, he misheard. 
• What Obama reportedly considered was requiring large-volume private gun dealers to conduct background checks, not confiscating firearms from those who own them.
4. "Trump said he “heard” the Obama administration plans to accept 200,000 Syrian refugees — even upping that wildly inaccurate number to 250,000 in another speech. 
• Nope and nope. The number is about 10,000.
5. "Trump said he got to know Putin “very well” while the two were on CBS’ “60 Minutes.” 
• Nope. The two men were interviewed separately, in different countries thousands of miles apart.
6. "Trump claimed his campaign is “100 percent” self-funded. 
• Nope. At the time, more than 50 percent of his campaign’s funds had come from outside contributors.
7. "Trump said his tax plan is revenue neutral. 
• Nope. The pro-business Tax Foundation estimated the Trump plan would reduce revenues to the Treasury by more than $10 trillion over 10 years, even assuming his plan would create economic growth.
8. "Trump told the story of a 2-year old who got autism a week after the child got a vaccine. But there’s no evidence of such a link. The study that claimed to have found a link between vaccines and autism has been exposed as an “elaborate fraud.”
• It was retracted five years ago by the journal that published it, and 
• the author was stripped of his license to practice medicine in Britain.
9. "Trump said Mexico doesn’t have a birthright citizenship policy. 
• It does.
10. "Trump claimed credit for getting Ford Motor Co. to move a plant from Mexico to Ohio. 
• Ford says that’s baloney; it made the decision years before Trump even announced his run for president.
11. "Trump denied that he ever called female adversaries some of these things: “fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals.” 
• He used all of those terms.
12. "Trump said in June “there are no jobs” to be had, when 
• official statistics were showing 5.4 million job openings — the most in 15 years.
13. "Trump claimed economic growth in the U.S. has “never” been below zero — until the third quarter of 2015. “Who ever heard of this?” he asked. Except it’s not unheard of. 
• Economic growth has been below zero 42 times since 1946."

Why this blog is entitled 

Deadbeat Don, the Lyin' Con

• Lying Ted Cruz is no more a liar than any other politician.  Which is damning with faint praise, but true.  Compared to the lies of Deadbeat Don, Senator Cruz is a freaking saint.
• Little Marco Rubio.  Perhaps small in stature but admittedly large in presence.  You have to be to become a U.S. Senator.  They don't give this job away - unless your name is Kennedy, that is.
• Low energy Jeb Bush?  A remarkably pedestrian appellation, the product of an equally pedestrian mind.  Low energy?  Think of the energy Jeb needs to keep up with his mother, Barbara "Get the H*** out of my way" Bush.
• Crooked Hillary Clinton?  Well, no more or less a crook than any other politician.   According to various fact checking websites, the level of truthfulness in her statements is more than four times greater than Deadbeat Don's.  Which isn't saying much.
• Crazy Bernie Sanders?  Runs a brilliant political campaign that will be the model of excellence in PolySci 101 for the rest of time, and yet, DD wants Bernie's supporters to vote for him after calling their adored guru crazy?  Crazy based on what?  A bad haircut?  At least it's not a comb over.
• Psychopath Ben Carson?  Despite being a brain surgeon Ben seems no rocket scientist - but a psychopath?  Not even close.

Deadbeat Don is a bully calling people names to intimidate them.  And as most know, bullies are cowards trying to avoid a real confrontation in which they may be faced down.  His problem is that now he facing someone not intimidated by him - and she's doing the smart thing by laying low and letting him screw up.

What is most annoying is that DD's names for other people lack imagination, panache or logic.  They, frankly, are simple minded, raising serious questions about DD's intellect or lack thereof.  "I went to Wharton Business School," DD might object.  So, Bush II went to Yale, and while pleasantly smart and a bit of an apple-polisher, he iss no intellectual nor a genius.

A truly inventive invective nickname should have some flair and be based on a characteristic of the person being named.  You know: Hammerin' Hank Aaron.  The Sultan of Swat - Babe Ruth.  That sort of thing.  DD's nicknames are lame.  And he has claimed in the press that he works hard on them.  Hard?  How about hardly?

Well, unlike the names Deadbeat Don gives his opponents, this blog is factually named.

Deadbeat Don, the Lyin' Con is based on three irrefutable facts.

1. Donald Trump is a deadbeat, defined as someone who won't pay his just bills despite having the money to do so.
2. According to Warren Buffet, Donald Trump is considered by other billionaires as a conman, hence "con".
3. Finally, according to various fact checking service websites, Deadbeat Don averages a lie every five minutes in his speeches, which is perversely impressive. 

But wait, there's more:  the best nicknames are alliterative - Hammering Hank - and often are of two snappy lines that rhyme, if only sorta.

So, Deadbeat Don - a little alliteration - the Lyin' Con - two lines rhyming.
